VivoQuant is inviCRO's multi-modality post-processing suite. Supported modalities include SPECT, CT, PET, MR and optical imaging. It supports the import of DICOM and raw data, as well as many proprietary formats for pre-clinical imaging equipment. Up to three different modalities can be co-registered, fused, analyzed and exported into various image and movie formats. All display modes, from orthogonal views, slice views, special co-registration multi-views as well as 3D MIP and volume renderings are all what-you-see-is-what-you-get and not less important, what-you-see-is-what-you-want. Built-in tools for quantification, distance and size measurements, re-orientation and rigid transformations as well as cropping allow the imaging scientist to extract the information she or he needs with minimal effort. Acquired data can be exported into spreadsheet-ready format.

In addition to the analysis capabilities, VivoQuant is also a 21 CFR Part 11 (electronic record keeping) compliant client software, that integrates seamlessly with inviCRO's pre-clinical iPACS™ system.
