inviCRO offers multiple software packages specifically designed for pre-clinical imaging efforts and now being used in novel translational projects.

VivoQuant is a DICOM-compliant pre-clinical viewing and post-processing suite. VivoQuant supports data from most imaging modalities and provides intuitive functionality including multi-modality fusion display and analysis tools.

iPACS® is a web-based, pre-clinical imaging study management system. Like clinical PACS platforms, iPACS centralizes and protects imaging study data with bank-level of security. Sophisticated tools such as an integrated study planner, DICOM browser and reporting templates allow for efficient workflow and seamless collaboration among sites.  Special plug-in modules are available to support batch processing and analysis.

High Throughput Modules are available to support and/or automate lab-specific routines. Available modules include: batch tumor segmentation and analysis; automated well-plate analysis; automated brain segmentation and analysis.
