iPACS® - Pre-Clinical Imaging Study Management

The iPACS® study management analysis software is a sophisticated, time-saving, web-based resource designed for pre-clinical imaging laboratories. The iPACS offers a wide range of functionality for the organizational, processing, reporting and regulatory needs of pre-clinical imaging efforts. World-wide internet access allows users to collaborate seamlessly. Activity in iPACS can be tracked with version control including electronic signatures and an audit trail ensuring the necessary information for 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.

Data Management Features:

· Central data repository supporting all pre-clinical in-vivo imaging modalities

· Integrated study planner, DICOM browser, reporting templates,

· Local or remote web access for multiple users enabling multi-site collaboration

· Role-based access control with possible LDAP integration

· Ability to link repository of complementary information with DICOM browser

· Electronic record keeping (21 CFR Part 11 compatible, version controlled WebDisk, audit logs, electronic signatures)

· Bank-level secure authentication and encrypted data transfer (via HTTPS)

· Synchronized communication between the iPACS® and VivoQuant™

High Throughput Analysis Modules:

· Automated batch segmentation routines to perform tumor and brain analysis

Advanced Brain Analysis - Quantify dynamic response across brain regions in PET, SPECT and/or MR brain scans.

· Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 5.4 or Cent0S 5.4 64-bit

· 20 GB for installation, recommended data storage 500 GB per year (dependent on actual usage)

· Intel Xeon or AMD Opteron CPU (2 or more cores)

· 8 GB or more RAM

· Virtual servers supported

· Data storage on DAS, SAN or NAS supported
